Returns + Exchanges
- We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new jewelry - it's an honor to of made it for you! If for any reason you are wanting to return, I will accept any item(s) subject to the following conditions:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
- Jewelry must be in original condition (unworn and in original packaging).
- Earrings are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons.
Please know time and care are taken in the making process. “Imperfections” or “flaws” add to the uniqueness of each piece and its handmade nature.
- How To Make a Return:
- Please email us at email@example.com to receive our return address.
- Please make sure it is sent in protective packaging and weighed at the post office otherwise, it may not reach me.
- You will find an email from me once it is received and I have processed your refund to your original payment method.
- Please note packaging and postage is non-returnable and it is the customer's responsibility to cover return shipping charges.
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
- If your order is received damaged due to the shipping process or you would prefer a different design/length. Please don't hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. I would be happy to offer an exchange.
- Request cancellation for an order within 24 hours of purchase
- All orders ship out USPS first class mail or Priority Mail. It will take three-five business days to get from me to you. Please allow my current production time (within five business days) + three-five business days for delivery.
- We ship anywhere within the United States.
