Production Time + Process

  • The current process time for all orders is within 2 - 4 weeks. Once you’ve purchased your item(s), I will begin hand making your jewelry from scratch, custom to your order! In a rush? Please message me prior to purchasing to see if I can rush your order.

Shipping

  • All orders ship out USPS first class or Priority mail. From the time it's checked in at the post office, please allow three-five business days to get from me to you.
  • We ship anywhere within the United States.

Personalization

  • Kindly leave the personalization details in the "Note" box at checkout. Here, you can also include a gift note at no additional cost!

Materials

  • Components are made of high-quality 14k gold filled or sterling silver
    • 14k gold filled is a solid layer of 14kt gold mechanically bonded to another metal. Its layer is 100 times thicker than gold plating, resulting in a durable, long lasting product that looks like solid gold at a more affordable price. It does not flake, rub off or turn colors. Pieces can be long lasting with proper jewelry care. It is a great choice for people with sensitive skin.
    • I use .925 sterling silver. It requires polishing from time to time due to oxidation that is naturally occurring. However, it can easily be restored to its silver shine with a polishing cloth.

Returns + Exchanges 

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new jewelry - it's an honor to of made it for you! If for any reason you are wanting to return, I will accept any item(s) subject to the following conditions:
    • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
    • Jewelry must be in original condition (unworn and in original packaging)
    • Earrings are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons
    • Pieces that have been stamped with custom initials/phrases are non-refundable, please double check all characters before submitting order
Please know great care and time are taken in the creating process. “Imperfections” or “flaws” add to the uniqueness of each piece and its handmade nature. Be assured that I would only mail out what I, myself, would be happy to wear. 
  • How To Make a Return:
    • Please email us at bellavinejewelry@gmail.com to receive our return address.
    • Please make sure it is sent in protective packaging and weighed at the post office otherwise, it may not reach me.
    • You will find an email from me once it is received and I have processed your refund/exchange to your original payment method. 
    • Please note packaging and postage is non-returnable and it is the customer's responsibility to cover return shipping charges.  
  • Custom orders are non-refundable.
  • If your order is received damaged due to the shipping process, please don't hesitate to contact me at bellavinejewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. 
  • Request order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

    Not sure what length to get? Get a string and see where you'd like your necklace to be. After, use a ruler to measure the length in inches. If you don't see your length as an option just leave me a note at checkout!
